The wife and I are not happy that when we came there and test drove and really liked the vehicle we wanted, Jordan went ahead and sold the vehicle from under our nose without trying to contact my lender to get us in the vehicle and also did not contact us to let us know respectfully that someone else is interested in it or to let that other person know that he is waiting to hear from our lender and he would contact him and let him know if it is going to be sold or not. IN N OUT AUTO did not pressure me in anyway, shape, or form. Jordan was right upfront with me about pricing and other questions I had for him. He never pushed & gave awesome service/time. Rebel played a big part in communication and was exceptional with bringing together the whole IN N OUT AUTO experience. Highly recommend this team of people.
Bout a car it has a pull so I got 2 alignments done camber an shaft fixed the day after I bout it an it still pulls also service side detection system keeps popping up only put 40 miles on the car sense I bout it a week ago .An when I test drove it , It is my fault because I didn't drive over 40mph . Paid $10,999 an it's ganna cost almost 3500$ just an estimate tho to fix at the dealership.
