Stay away from this shop! Last year I lost my husband and shortly after my car. I badly needed transportation. I was given a car that needed work. Brought the car to this place, explained the situation. Kevin seemed to be very sympathetic and said he could take care of the problems with the car.. Week after week after week I was told the car would be ready "next week". Every week it was "next week". Very nice and professional people. Made me remember the Old days when after you got your car worked on ,and you left you had confidence in your mechanic. I will always be bring my cars to in and out. You should to.
Unhappy with the service that I received, would suggest that you use another mechanic.
I brought my car in for a tune up in november because it was stalling out. Took it to kevin he said I needed spark plugs and oil change. he said it would take one day to fix it. I got my car back 6 days later. I went to pick up my car and I ask for a receipt so I can see what was done on my car. My bill was paid in full. He told me his printer was out of ink. Called him a week later and he told me he will get the recite ready with a nasty attitude. So we are in feburary now and I still have no recite and my car is still stal... read more
