1-Star Review This was one of the worst transportation experiences I have ever had. My wife had an important appointment scheduled for 1:15 PM, but because of this service she did not arrive until 2:30 PM. Throughout the trip, the driver kept picking up and dropping off other passengers, causing significant delays. To make matters worse, the driver spent much of the ride talking loudly on the phone, laughing, and carrying on conversations at a high volume, which was unprofessional and disrespectful to passengers.
