Rob was very good about communicating with me prior to my appointment and even when I got a little lost he called me right back. Very friendly. I got a nice stretch following a muscle strain and look forward to my next session. Thank you!
Got connected with this place from a pop up at the gym. I’ve been stretched before but it’s been a while so it was nice to know there was a place locally. I got a small demo at the gym and then won a free stretch so I was excited about that. The navigation to get here is a bit tricky, it took me to the opposite side of the shopping center but it helps to know eventually that it is across the parking lot in another small shopping center. Rob was amazing!! I really didn't know exactly what I was walking into, I had NEVER heard of assisted stretching....but I am SO GLAD that I came. I already feel a lot better after 1 session and I can't wait to come back!
