If I don’t hear back from the owner of this franchise, I’ll spill alllll of the beans
Completely unprofessional! After signing up for a six month membership, I tried to downgrade it by emailing the manager. They literally never responded to any of my emails. They told me the manager had left, but you would think somebody would be checking his email? And then they proceeded to charge me again for another month after I’ve been trying to cancel for over a month! Even after all this they still charged me $99 to cancel! I have been coming here for quite some time. I am now 82 yrs old and I have had to stop for about 3 months due to family issues. During the time I was coming regularly, I felt better, walked straighter (meaning my shoulders were even and my balance was great) and I had a new lease on life. In 3 months time, I am worse off than I ever had been. I can't wait to get back!!!
Absolutely terrible customer service. Staff do not return emails nor phone calls. Been trying for a month to simply schedule my free stretch with no response. They even misspell their own email address on the in motion website. The one time that I got somebody to answer the phone they told me they have no manager and couldn't book a stretch because only a manager could do that. Unbelievable.
Got my free stretch and then the lady signed me up for a year plan (i did not want but honestly did not know what was happening until it was too late) Tried to immediately cancel it, went to 1 stretch session and canceled my membership. Paid the $150 fee to cancel. I have still been charged every month for my 12 month plan. AND they are still trying to charge me after that contract was up aswell.
