Poor customer service.
Great service and care by staff for my new bed and shower equipment. However I my powerchair is not meeting my needs due to their occuptational therapist and needs many adjustments and I cannot use it safely .
Friendly and professional. Genuine concern for my comfort.Made sure the walker would be the best fit for me. Very reasonable rental fee.
