I had a really poor experience. I dropped off my friend's scooter May 21, 2026, and didn't get it back until Aug 6. I had to constantly call to find out what was going on. There was very poor communication--the technicians wouldn't return my phone calls or email. Finally I was told service would take a week and it actually took four weeks. No one followed up to tell me there was a delay and my friend was left without her mobility scooter for far too long.
