I can't say enough great things about In Motion, they are caring, kind, professional, and really know what they are doing. I had rotator cuff surgery back in May, and thanks to Kristy (one of the owners), I know have full mobility. I know other people that went other places, and don't have nearly the mobility that I have. The staff is so friendly, and the facility is immaculate. They're the BEST!
My therapist was the owner of the practice. He way overbooks patients and leaves you waiting for long periods. When he finally returns there's no apology. My injury hasn't improved and the customer service is the worst in the area so I'm going to look elsewhere for a therapist who cares!
