Unprofessional. Meaning of going there is to get your tense muscles knots and muscles you have pulled loosend up and cracked. But they have u sign about 3 papers with information that is a breach of privacy to them and has nothing to do with what you are there for. After all they take advantage and do more by trying to make stuff up that's worse than what you would think so they can get u to keep coming back and back and back. Had an unknown injury from doctors, specialist, mri, cat scans, x rays, every time I leave this place joesph yetmen (sorry if I don't spell his name right) had my shoulder/neck feeling better for a while, hamlyn rd highly recommended for treatment thank you
