We ordered a dress through them and they sent us the wrong size…. We called them and they basicly said to bad to sad you signed a contract you have to figure it out. No one went over the contract with us at all. The stylist just said sign here and that was that. They didn’t even try to make things right and changed the story about a lot of things. I am so grateful for my experience at In Love Bridal! My bride stylist, Bailey, was extremely kind and patient. She didn’t even flinch when I wanted to change accessories multiple times or try on the same dress again. Thank you for all your help, Bailey! Such a beautiful selection of gowns at very reasonable pricing. Highly recommend In Love Bridal!
