I was very happy with original installation. However, my tesla Connector was not working and i called them to figure out the issue. They charged $175 for 10 mins to confirm the issue need to fixed by Tesla. Definetly not a pleasant experience. Will not go back to them.
Even though EV charger installation was smooth but I have to follow up multiples times for Permit and still not received any update on EV charger installation Permit during the quotation agreed terms were to provide the permit post installation but worst thing is any after Month's time from installation date, Giorgio and Mike does not respond to calls or email. Update September 2024: Our permit is finally ready Update August 2024: I spoke too soon. We called our township and they still don't have the permit. Update June 2024: I have updated my review from 1 star to 3 stars as the owner reached out to us and claims to have submitted the permit. I am thankful this is finally resolved but just disappointed I had to leave an angry review to finally get a response. Hired this electrician for a install of Ev charger and was informed the people doing the work would bring the permit as well (late August ) They didn’t bring it and shared it would be mailed . Two weeks pass by and myself and town didn’t receive any permit paperwork. I followed up with the owner Giorgio and the outcomes/responses I got from him that he didn’t know what happen to the paperwork , that someone would drop it off, that he would drop It off, to he not responding back to my calls.
