I was very happy with original installation. However, my tesla Connector was not working and i called them to figure out the issue. They charged $175 for 10 mins to confirm the issue need to fixed by Tesla. Definetly not a pleasant experience. Will not go back to them.
Even though EV charger installation was smooth but I have to follow up multiples times for Permit and still not received any update on EV charger installation Permit during the quotation agreed terms were to provide the permit post installation but worst thing is any after Month's time from installation date, Giorgio and Mike does not respond to calls or email.
