I would give 0 stars if I could. This construction company owes our neighborhood a significant amount of money, yet they continue to rent and lease multiple properties in the area without any intention of settling their debts. It's beyond frustrating that despite repeated attempts to contact them and resolve this issue, they have completely ignored all communications. This company has some of the worst business practices I have ever seen. They do not pay their bills, they do not manage their tenants, and they advertise amenities that are not included in their properties, due to their refusal to pay dues. I would never recommend this builder to anyone. Tenants beware!!!
Don't rent from these people. They told us the house would be painted, etc upon our move in. It was not. Then we touched up the paint ourselves, at our own expense. When we moved out they wanted to charge us to repaint these areas (that again, they didn't even do for us when we moved in), then proceeded to charge us for it twice due to their workers not doing it "to the owner's satisfaction" the first time around. Unresponsive when I tried to contact them about improper drainage issues. They also burn toxic material (plastic paint containers) on the job sites, general contractor had a bad attitude when I tried to talk to them about the toxic fumes his crew was responsible for.
