Just want to start of with the dishonesty this company has. We are first time buyers and we had no knowledge of how buying a house . We were paying full price a house to remodel. They asked for the deposit and we handed them our full house payment without not knowing that’s not how it works. They had all of our money before not even getting the keys to the house or even having the title of the house or nothing to confirm we were getting the house.
