We had a great experience working with Mike and Leigh. They were very patient with me as I tried for months to find just the right floors. I brought home many samples, and Leigh came to my home several times to help me make the best choice. Once we found them, their installers did an excellent job. I highly recommend this company.
Excellent work, super accommodating, fantastic customer service - we’d recommend them 100%!! We showed up with a problem (anxious dog damage, 5 days to fix it in a place we were renting). The owners were kind, understanding, and quickly started talking through how to help us get it fixed. Three days and a few texts/emails later, their worker showed up and had it done in about an hour - for a very reasonable price. We feel very fortunate to have found them in McCall! We recently had Capet One replace flooring in five rooms. Nathan did a FANTASTIC job, paying attention to details and demonstrating a work ethic that is second to none. We especially appreciate the professionalism from the owners and the installer. We would not hesitate to purchase from Capet One in the future as this was a positive experience all the way around!
