With time and a change of my care company, I realise how poor they were and to add injury to insult one of thè carers who I got attached to, who I initially believed was training in the Philippines and so consequently I gave her some money but now she's completely untraceable. I wonder who else she asked?

This company is unprofessional, do not provide undue care and attention required as stated in their ads, multitude of fatal errors made and the company have now changed their website 3 times to mask themselves! Stay away!

We have been using In House Care for some time now and found all aspects of the service excellent. Because all the carers are so good, it is difficult to single out anyone in particular. However, there is one carer who is an exceptional young lady and it is a joy to have her in our home.
