Just had Kirk (469) from In Home Service complete the fabric coating of our newly purchased recliner. Great person! If it was possible, he should be cloned. Made us feel very comfortable. Professional through and through. Kirk, don't ever change your demeanor.
Paid to have my couch cleaned. Technician did one round of cleaning. The water was very much brown after the round and he packed up and left. He used same cleaning device that can be rented at Home Depot. I could have and should have done the job myself and saved $150
I wish I could give them a minus, I called to get a quote and the tone of voice this woman was giving me, she was petronizing me and no allowing me to talk. This must be one of the reason why they have such a low reviews. I rather go to Canadian Tire and purchase a can of protecction and do it myself. I booked an home service for sofa protection treatment. They provided a time window of 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. I took time off from my work and sent our dog to a daycare. I waited for whole time but no one showed up to 1:15. I called to the customer service but they kept me on hold for more than 20 min and then terminate my call to record a message and they will call back.
