Peter was friendly, respectful, efficient and informative. Our new leather furniture looks even better and we now know how to ensure it will stay that way with our own yearly upkeep with the products for many years. Well worth it as part of our insurance plan we purchased when we bought the furniture. If you don’t purchase the plan do yourself a favour and book this service. The process is easy and well organized. Peter’s professional and easy going manner was appreciated by my husband and I.
We bought a leather chair from Leon's & a technician from In Home Service came to apply a protective treatment. Paul was very friendly & efficient. He called ahead to say when he was coming & was on time. I would highly recommend this service.
