Thrilled with my new countertops from In-Home Stone. They did an A+++ job from start to finish. Selection was really great, found just what i wanted. The service we received throughout the entire process was superior including the staff that greeted us, the sales rep, the templer, the installers. Very professional, helpful, and friendly. This review pertains to the granite and marble portion of IHS. Service was horrible: products not ordered in a timely manner, very rude and aggressive staff who attributed their mistakes to the order being "large". (We ordered 3 slabs of granite and two slabs had multiple pieces). Sales was horrible: Their was no communication from sales to production on critical aspects of the order, resulting in production mistakes. In Home Store is the best place to shop. We went into the store not knowing much about the various stone products for our kitchen remodel. Matt in the sales office was extremely knowledgeable taking time to explain the pros and cons of each type of stone . He walked us through the warehouse pointing out slabs per our specifications.
