Bought a dishwasher. Had to have it repaired 2 days after installing it. They set a appointment from 8-12 to come out. No show got a call saying they would be in the afternoon. Ok that's fine just wasted a half a day. So I wait almost 3 weeks for them to get part in. Then they call and set another appointment for this morning 8-12 to start out. The Repairman Shane was very professional in his work and went out of his way to make sure it got done on time and completed repair correctly
Scheduled an appointment with a window from 12:00 - 5:00 pm. Had to take a half day off from work and received a call around 4:00 pm saying they were running behind and would not be there until well after 5:00. I had prior obligations that evening, expecting that the service would be completed prior, so I was unable to keep the appointment. Had they called sooner, I may have been more understanding. This appears to be the only Samsung authorized repair/warranty in the KC metro. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! Insist Samsung send another company. The technicians on staff do not accurately assess and then Samsung will void your warranty.
