My mom is in 80s, went into ER a few times, needing an in-home nurse to do PleurX draining. I had spent some time online to search someone who can come over weekend. Finally, I called Lena, she knows right away what I need. She came, did all the paperwork, and started the draining. Lena was kind, accommodating, and efficient. My dad is afraid of needles/blood so she was extra comforting and also willing to listen to him and I banter while we waited for our drips. Would recommend her for anyone looking for in home IV therapy.
I called this company on a recommendation from a Nurse friend. I cannot begin to tell you of the amazing , caring and over the top service. Lena Norris not only helped me with advice and services she did so like I was an old friend. She even picked up some vitamins and left them at my door!!!!! Due to risks around COVID-19 for my wife we felt she could benefit from in-home health care. We contacted In Home Recovery and Lena explained what she could provide. She arrived right when she said she would, and walked us through the paperwork and then provided everything needed without us leaving the house. She was informative, reassuring, skilled, and it was an excellent experience. We certainly will be using Lena and In Home Recovery again if either one of us needs her services in the future.
