How can i contact the place all numbers disconnected
I have family here and find this facility understaffed, extremely unorganized, and unprofessional. I find it hard to believe they're providing quality Care with such a lack of management skills in past years winter time the parking lots were never cleared nor sidewalks. If you call to talk to somebody in charge wait on hold while they pass the buck and then finally hang up on you call back and all answering boxes are full nobody answers a phone including nursing stations not impressed. priorities are not in order,mismanaged , short staffed.
This is the worst place to work! They treat employees terrible. The way they treat their residents are even worse!!! Half the time there isn’t enough staff to even Handle the residents needs. I want the public to know how there is no leadership there whatsoever and if your a good employee who actually cares for the residents you don’t matter. Please be careful and do your research before you put your family in a nursing home! Make sure it is a nice place with people who ACTUALLY SHOW UP FOR WORK!
My mom has been living here for 3 years. Yes sometimes they are understaffed at times. But there is no doubt in my mind that the staff do the best they can and love my mom. Nancy, my mom's social service worker, is fabulous! She listens, cares, and genuinely loves my mom and will do anything she can to help. My only complaint is the laundry service.
