Kirsten was amazing!! She is very well educated and explains everything fully of what she's going to do. She made my experience good and easy. I was very relaxed. I recommend Kirsten she makes you feel comfortable and she actually cares.
I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it was a pretty easy experience. I sat in a chair for just a short time while the tech applied little monitors to my head. Then I laid down for I think about an hour and kind of dozed off while the test ran. That was it, easy.
I would certainly recommend this company and Kristin to anyone requiring an EEG. Knowledgeable, kind and efficient. Results were promptly related to me by my physician. What could have been very stressful situation was made calming and informative by Kristin.
In home was much more relaxing for a stressful uncertain test especially with an anxious teen. The technician, Samantha, was very experienced, pleasant, patient. calm and reassuring which really helped. She took her time and explained every step of the process along the way. Even during a stressful event they were able to give great advice to help us finish the test for the full allotted time. Highly recommend.
