We provided products to In Home Medical and issued an invoice. Despite multiple reminders and attempts to resolve this matter, including a collections agency, this invoice remains unpaid. As a small, family-owned business, this has been extremely damaging. We caution other vendors or service providers to exercise caution when dealing with this customer.
In Home Medical came today and yesterday to bring equipment for my mom. Sy, the driver, was so kind and courteous. He brought everything in, set up the bed, and even helped me move a table into the basement and out of the way. Can’t say enough good things.
I am only giving two stars because the delivery guys were very kind and professional, which bumps the rating up. They sent dirty used equipment to my home which I refused. They need to try again. I do not appreciate the state that this stuff is in. They do not demonstrate that they care about patients. The fact that someone is in hospice does not justify you not caring about the quality of the equipment you send for them to use. Would not recommend.
This company is amazing always delivering quality equipment for the patients. Especially Curtis who is always respectful, brings equipment, explains how to utilize equipment properly, and installs it in a timely fashion.
We were in need of an after hours, emergency drop off of hospice items. In-home medical did an excellent job of providing those items to us and explaining everything in detail of what their service provides and how they can be of assistance. Everyone we worked with was extremely nice and professional.
