Don't expect the staff to follow up on doctor's recommendations and insurance process. Also, do not expect them to help you find the right device or equipment, I was told they go through Golden and given a website to do the research myself and just call them back with the order number of the chair I ordered. After I chose the chair and called them back with the model number I asked what the process would be. They said they would fax a form to the doctor, fast-forward 8 days later and they did not receive the form back. I had... read more

I felt as though they did not even contact my insurance company and just assumed that it was exactly like any other person's. I had to call my insurance company to find out if the diabetic shoes my husband NEEDED was covered by insurance because we hadn't heard back from In Home Medical for 2 weeks - just to find out that they didn't even submit the claim yet. Then trying to order another pair when my insurance was telling me they would cover more pairs and In Home Medical was telling us that we couldn't. So, I had to call m... read more
