I made private payments for both of my children therapies and never received the therapies, it already passed one year and no one had contact us to discuss the situation so they can return our money, when we tried to reach out they avoid us by hanging up very disappointed
They were extremely helpful to me. They were willing to start immediately. (...and they listened to my angry rant against another rival service, and they remained VERY professional and didn't try to "add their 2 cents worth" and drag their competitors down) I have only just talked to them. I hope that the paperwork goes through so I can work with their company.
