If they tried By not stealing straight out of people's bank accounts with unauthorized transactions. This is fraud and it looks like me and my husband are going to have to report this to the BBB.
Fantastic selection, great service and the delivery guys were sweethearts! They made furniture buying much easier than I anticipated.
My mom purchased a bed and they didn't properly install it. Now they are ignoring her and won't fix the issue. Bad customer service and bad set up. Will definitely not recommend to anyone. I am going to have to go into the store with my mom and try and catch the man in charge to see what he will do about this problem.

joy Morales.. i don't appreciate your review, we have never done business. yes you mom bought a bed, we delivery and set it up for free, it was working in good condition. your mom call me a week later the bed was broken, (all sales are final) however i order another bed and delivery and set up for free... please learn to appreciate good deeds..pass it on....Marvin
Marvin is great but his sales reps are terrible. It's been 2 months since we ordered our bedroom suite and sofa. Bedroom suite came in and it was the wrong one as was the sofa.

Marvin is amazing!! Great customer service and very friendly !!! After going to a few places looking for a good price , In home furniture definitely gave me the BEST!!!! I went in looking for living room set , after I told him what style I was looking for he made sure he found what I wanted. He gave me a great deal on a sofa, loveseat & recliner . I will definitely refer my family & friends over to in home furniture �
