I purchased a refrigerator from them and was told when I purchased the refrigerator I was told that the water pitcher was missing and I ok'd the issue. Once it was delivered to me I found that it was also missing two other parts and advised the sales person of the issue and still have not heard anything back. I would make sure if buying anything from them that you make sure that all parts included with the purchase are accounted for.

They sold me a sofa that is broken on the back and said after I reported it that the manufacturer would repair it. This was in the beginning of March now it is almost July and they havent done a thing for me! Asked for a refund or a replacement sofa and they refuse!

These people are complete cons they need to be shut down! I had the worst experience ever with them AND THEY TOOK OUR MONEY. They have terrible customer service and tell lies to get you to stay while steady taking money from you. They give you false unrealistc dates for furniture arrival.. They need to be shut down!

I ordered 2 tables on 3/5/2021 and was told it would arrive in 4-5 weeks. In May, I was told that there were problems with manufacturing. By late June/July, it was problems with the manufacturer delivering the tables I ordered. One table did arrive in September, I believe, but the matching cocktail table has been listed as "in transit" since July or August. They refuse to refund my money after I placed an order because it said free delivery. After I ordered it said I had to pick up. I immediately cancelled the order but they have refused to refund my money. I have reached out several times with no response.

Ordered back in December and continuously had my delivery date pushed by a month at a time. Said multiple times I wanted to cancel but they would promise my items would be in soon. I decided once again to cancel despite reselection as my family had finally had enough of the lying and got a couch for me from somewhere else. This place is nightmare!!???????????????? They steal their customers' money, they promise to bring the furniture in two weeks and it takes months. When you call to cancel they tell you that they will charge you 25% for restocking. They are trash rats!! ?????? I’m gonna report also them with Texasattorneygeneral.gov this people can’t continue stole the money for people. Be very careful and do not buy here!! There are a lot more serious furnitures stores around in San Antonio. ??????????????????????????

If they tried By not stealing straight out of people's bank accounts with unauthorized transactions. This is fraud and it looks like me and my husband are going to have to report this to the BBB.
