I would like to personally commend the work that in home caregivers of Illinois do. On a particular day when there was ice in my walkway, i called them to cancel care for the safety of the caregiver, instead they went to and purchase salt and sent someone to remove the ice from my entrance so i can get care that day. They went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I didn't go without care. My experience working with In-Home Caregivers has been amazing. My Great-Aunt is dealing with dementia and is profoundly deaf. Hattie and Isoken are incredibly flexible and so so so(I cannot emphasize enough) patient and understanding.
