Jerry horrible customer service Rude and up tight!!! He actually places a piece of board under my New fridge....what!!! To stop door from banging into counter when I open side by side. Of course didn't resolve issue 🙄 when I called back to report issue still exists...he rudely stated my floor was uneven WHICH HE KNOWS is a lie since he Himself used Lever to check my floor before putting board under fridge! Do not recommend and read all other reviews all agree w me.
I was very impressed with the ease of setting my appointment. I really appreciated the reminder call the day before my repair and the call to inform me that the repair person was on the way. Jerry, my repairman was knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. He was quick to find the problem and explain how the dryer parts work. I really enjoyed learning the about my dryer and he also provided recommendations on how to prolong the life of my dryer. I would definitely recommend this company if you want top-notch service.

This company is a scam. They have been trying to fix my washer since last October (2024). Finally come out to fix my washer, and they leave trash they produce, they came to my home without proper tools that I the "customer" provided, and then the washer still not right. It been down since October of 2024!! DO NOT RECOMMEND, NO EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMY! THE OWNER WAS PRESENT FOR THE LAST REPAIR, HE TOOK THE UNOPENED BOXES OUT HIMSELF, WHICH IM SURE WERE NOT RETURNED. I read many of the reviews & was apprehensive when I called to follow up on the appointment Maytag set for me. What I experienced was I patiently & respectfully expressed my need for my washer to be fixed ASAP as the last service provider took a month to repair the same error code. While the receptionist unfortunately confirmed it would likely be the same length this time she did notate my account well & I was notified by the tech the next day that the part would be ordered so it was in before my appointment.
