This company is a scam. They have been trying to fix my washer since last October (2024). Finally come out to fix my washer, and they leave trash they produce, they came to my home without proper tools that I the "customer" provided, and then the washer still not right. It been down since October of 2024!! DO NOT RECOMMEND, NO EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMY! THE OWNER WAS PRESENT FOR THE LAST REPAIR, HE TOOK THE UNOPENED BOXES OUT HIMSELF, WHICH IM SURE WERE NOT RETURNED. I read many of the reviews & was apprehensive when I called to follow up on the appointment Maytag set for me. What I experienced was I patiently & respectfully expressed my need for my washer to be fixed ASAP as the last service provider took a month to repair the same error code. While the receptionist unfortunately confirmed it would likely be the same length this time she did notate my account well & I was notified by the tech the next day that the part would be ordered so it was in before my appointment. If I could give 0 or negative stars I would. Mario was extremely unprofessional and was just looking for ways to prove me wrong. He was not willing to help at all instead just blaming the other company that we hired to clean my vent, even asking what kind of tools were used and the name of the person who cleaned it. His only solution to my problem was to leave my dryer unplugged from the vent permanently. When asked about the possible consequences and risks of doing that he again just wanted to prove me wrong. Have been without a washing machine now for 4 weeks. They will not call back or give any sort of update. Extremely unprofessional and an outright scam. Hopefully whirlpool cancels contract with these crooks.
