Great service, Mr. Adolph was very professional, and polite. I truly appreciated him coming out to my house and taking care of an issue with my washer. It was under warranty and I didn't have to jump through loops for him to help me. Thank you.
Very friendly and fast customer service. My stove was purchased with a faulty igniter, unfortunately. However once I activated my warranty 1 week later I had a service call to get the part special ordered. Mr. Pugh installed the part and had us back up and running in no time. The receptionist Lorena was also quite informative supplying status updates without my having to reach out or ask. Anything goes wrong with our appliances, we know who we're going to call. In-home Appliance Repair is top notched from my experience.
Jerry horrible customer service Rude and up tight!!! He actually places a piece of board under my New fridge....what!!! To stop door from banging into counter when I open side by side. Of course didn't resolve issue 🙄 when I called back to report issue still exists...he rudely stated my floor was uneven WHICH HE KNOWS is a lie since he Himself used Lever to check my floor before putting board under fridge! Do not recommend and read all other reviews all agree w me.
I was very impressed with the ease of setting my appointment. I really appreciated the reminder call the day before my repair and the call to inform me that the repair person was on the way. Jerry, my repairman was knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. He was quick to find the problem and explain how the dryer parts work. I really enjoyed learning the about my dryer and he also provided recommendations on how to prolong the life of my dryer. I would definitely recommend this company if you want top-notch service.
