I had such an amazing experience with Nichole. From the very beginning, she really took the time to assess and understand my skin concerns and created a routine that worked perfectly for me. I took my mom here for a surprise Mother's Day gift. She was so excited. I probably didn't prepare her for it as well as the owner, Nicole, would normally do with her first time visitors. Still she provided excellent service. I left the two of them alone while Nicole performed her facial. I don't know exactly what happened while I took a walk. I feel very excited after having my 1st consultation and facial with Nicole. I liked that she requests clients to bring their skincare products into your 1st appointment so she can review the ingredients. She was very knowledgeable and gave me some great pointers that gave me an “aha” moment. Nicole took such great care of us! This was a gift for my teen for her birthday. Not only did she love the facial, but Nichole helped us find some better products to assist with future acne. Highly recommend! Hopefully we can go back soon
