My birth experience with In Grace Yoga Therapy was truly exceptional. From the moment I reached out to inquire about their services through the delivery of my baby, every aspect of the process was handled with care and professionalism. My doulas, Tanesha and Dianne, were incredibly attentive to my needs. They listened thoughtfully and consistently treated me with kindness, respect, and compassion. As a first-time mother, I could not have asked for a more supportive and reassuring experience.

Asha and Omi's Water & Light gathering is unlike anything I have ever experienced. The divinity and safety was felt in the space as you enter. I received divine insight, a cleanse, and clear instruction all in one. I am especially appreciative of how thorough Omi is within her practices. As women, it’s important to have someone guide you who can tell you the truth but also hold space for how you're feeling and where you want to go—as well as give you the tools to get there. I am in awe with the level of service and care I’ve been receiving since I signed on as a doula client. Part of my decision to receive doula support from In Grace Yoga Therapy stemmed from my experience first as a student and then as an intern.
