I have been a patient of Ingrid's for over 8 years. She is an amazing massage therapist. Ingrid communicates very welll with her clients. If you feel pain, she will ask if she should soften up a bit....my answer to her has always been "It is always good pain from you". Meaning she is doing what my body needs to feel. I have had serious back injuries as a result of 2 accidents, she has been very helpful in my recovery. I would definitely recommend In Good Health to all my friends and co-workers.
