Do yourself an enormous favor and book with Rick. Every time I leave I feel rebirthed! I struggle with migraines & grinding my teeth a lot & the TMJ massage I get is a god send. I’m so grateful to have found such a skilled therapist in the area because I have searched high & low for relief. Receiving bodywork from Rick was amazing! He is so knowledgeable and has fantastic techniques. He is also super attentive and has a very grounding presence. I came in post a workout injury with a ton of tension in my neck and shoulders and he knew just the right spots to hit to create space and ease in my body without interfering with my injury. I highly recommend working with Rick to address chronic pain patterns and find lasting relief.
