Absolutely amazing staff, who care to find the root causes and help getting you back to feeling like yourself again. They also pay a lot of attention to making sure you feel comfortable and what is and isn’t working for you during your massage. Highly recommend!
I’ve been a client since 2022 and I am never disappointed by In Good Hands!! I trust Nina, Charlotte, and Lexi with anything and everything! I especially appreciate the way they always give 100% and show they enjoy what they do! They also are always finding new ways to elevate the experience, with new techniques, hydration services right after, and more! The team has gotten me through endless trail races and I would not be the athlete I am without In Good Hands!

Charlotte has a natural inclination at finding spots that need attention but is also receptive to feedback and what you need. Charlotte alternates between lighter and intense pressure to provide tension relief. She spends time listening to your needs and provides exercises that you can do on your own to help with your stated needs. After seeing Charlotte, I always leave feeling lighter.
