I have used their service several times over the past few years. Always been friendly, helpful, and reasonable My most recent experience I was completely Shocked, disgusted and disappointed with the bill. I feel the overcharge me by about $150-$200 Items like 6 L of coolant for $80 That’s premixed. Same jug at Lordco for concentrate is $25. I won’t go on and on, and I also won’t go back there. License to print money
In the area for holidays and our truck began having issues with the front axle and wheel bearings. Happens on a Saturday night- of course. Was pretty sure the truck wouldn’t be seen before Tuesday. Found these guys who are open on Sunday. They had the parts and got our truck in Sunday morning so we can continue with our holiday. Thank you so much. And wow people are nice in Castlegar and area. We will definitely come and visit again.
They were able to take me in to diagnose an electrical issue on the Saturday of Canada Day 4-day long weekend - amazing service and very accommodating. We were lucky to have this shop available! Lovely to deal with and would recommend.
We’re visiting from Calgary and had our car battery die unexpectedly in Nelson on a rainy Saturday. After a boost from BCAA, we called this shop in Castlegar (one of the only places open) and they fit us in right away between appointments. They were quick, friendly, and even let us and our little dog wait inside. So grateful for the great service!
