Easy to contact, great support, they stood behind their work when a small thing wasn't perfect (they could have blown it off, but got one specific problem fixed on their time, and their dime). Appreciate the help over the years - thanks for being great to work with, In-Focus! - Nate
This company are not professional at all. You pay $300 for service upfront for whole year and when I called them for service they said the system doesnt have any service coverage....really? If you call a tech, they charge you for things they didn't perform and is your word againts the tech. Save your money, Dont do business with this people....

Absolutely recommend! After running into problems for years, and having numerous technicians come in to look at it, they were able to fix our problem at their first visit. Very friendly and professional!
