Absolutely great service, product and people
Dr Morrison and staff provide cutting edge technology with old school service for the best patient experience possible. If you need contact lenses you NEED to go to In Focus.
After 50 years of dealing with keratoconus, I was told that I needed a cornea transplant for my left eye. Looking for an alternative solution, I was so fortunate to find Dr. Morrison on the National Keratoconus Foundation website. Not only did she help me avoid a transplant, but she gave me the unexpected bonus of correcting my vision to 20/20 with specially designed contacts. I have not seen this well since I was 19 and I love seeing this clear undistorted world!
I could go into great detail, but suffice to say that I have special problems with my eyes and I got special treatment from In Focus and Dr Caitlin Morrison. I started wearing glasses when I was 6 and contacts when I was 12. I'm now 75 years old, so I've seen a wide variety of eye care professionals. Dr Morrison is the best I've seen. She's taken an incredibly long time with appointments, explaining details and features of the special lenses with which she's fitting me. Dr. Morrison is the most thorough optometrist, I have ever encountered. She genuinely cares about the progress of her patients. I highly recommend her.
