Victory is so pleasant to deal with! Lovely and helpful on the phone.
The staff are fabulous! Zero thought has gone into the door. Unfortunately the facility isn’t wheel chair or walker friendly due to the entrance door. The door should be a double automatic door as it’s impossible to enter on a walker or wheelchair without another person push the door and hold it open so the elderly person or person on wheel chair can get inside. Same when exiting.
