Wasnt best expirence when in to make booking in person i asked some questions regarding piercing removal ect they served me great and went got one the people who does the cat scam she agreed it be ok to take all eyebrows and nose ones out. Leaving the lip one (which very difficult ) On arrival for scan get called in the lady demands hey all be taken out I explained I had been in and been told and clearly miscommunication between staff standards what is or isn’t permitted. Gday What a terrific service. Cessnock is privileged to have it. The ladies on the front desk were all happy, smiling, polite and professional. As was Josh , the bloke that scannned me, as well, as being very proficient and professional, and happy to assist in any way he could. Such kind staff. The receptionist Belinda was so lovely and helpful, and the radiographers were equally as great.
