Always a fantastic experience, even post MVC (previous visit). Joanne is amazing - I told her she can never retire. She has always gone that extra mile for me. Everyone is phenomenal!!! Why would you choose to go to a big city when we have the best team right here in Grand Bend. Thank you to all at In-Focus!
Highly recommend the Grand Bend location. Excellent service all around. I have many issue with my eyes so I'm a difficult patient to treat. The front desk could not be more helpful and patient with me, both in helping me choose frames and lenses and Dr Lis is probably the best doctor I have had and I've had many.
I am in the best hands at InFocus. Every single part of their team goes above and beyond to support and inform. Not only do they care about my eye health, they explain so much of it to help me understand. Will recommend them to everyone I know!
