Over the past three years, my experience at In Focus has been consistently positive. From the moment I walk in, the receptionist is on the ball, consistently providing top-notch customer service. I particularly appreciate Jenny, my optometrist, who has consistently demonstrated exceptional skills and professionalism. In need of expert eye care? Look no further than In Focus Eyecare at Cherrybrook. Jenny and her team are so knowledgeable, professional and polite. I really appreciate how efficiently they timetable appointments. I suffer from ingrown eyelashes and usually need to see an optometrist every week. They go out of their way to ensure clients are seen as soon as possible. Jenny is very thorough too. Extremely rude woman at the counter today from the time we entered InFocus eye care. She did not address us, continued looking down, typing and grumpily said “ I am listening but I am very busy today”. My elderly mother in her mid eighties asked politely if she could have her two pairs of glasses checked to tell her which one was stronger, but she responded in a very aggressive manner by raising her voice and speaking so rudely. Very impatient reception staff who talks over and cuts off conversations. I was trying to move appointment for my father over a phone, but instead was lectured by the staff on what to say and what not to say.
