First off, If you have car trouble, it is out your control. We tried to call on two different phone numbers, to let them know we would be late. We never had our call returned. We show up and they had canceled our appointment, which they told us we were late. We tried to call to explain the situation, but nothing. Their lack of professionalism was shown. We made every effort to arrive on time, and call. Not recommended.
Dr. Martinez is the best. we love the office and they treat us gr8 every single time. 10/10 will be back
I must say very happy of all from staff to the doctor I really liked how he explained everything to me and I understood I mean I was very happy with this visit and yes I will recommend…and will be returning as long as they take my insurance…😍
I felt very welcomed and the customer service was exceptional. This was a very informative appointment. I feel a little more educated about eye care and symptoms. I definitely recommend. Also Dr Martinez and the staff are awesome.
