“I enjoy running by myself and do not want to run in a group.” – This is what I would tell myself. I joined In Flight February of 2025. I had opportunities to join other run groups, but something about this one is special. Coach Michael along with his team of coaches and crew of runners have been beyond welcoming. It does not matter your pace or endurance, everyone is supportive. I have gained many friendships not to mention the personalized coaching. Michael is on it! He generally cares and wants to create a better runner in you. I can’t say enough…In Flight has that extra spark!
Running with Michael and the In Flight team has been a game changer for my race training and general fitness. Highly recommend to anyone who is thinking about signing up!
I have been through a few running clubs in the past, and nothing beats Inflight. Michael truly cares about his athletes and inspires them to succeed beyond their own potential. I have been with Inflight since 2020, and it is the best experience. Additionally, he puts a great deal of effort into ensuring we utilize the most modern techniques to achieve our goals. In Flight is a family, and I am grateful to be part of it.
He treats you like his junior high students. He talks too much and is saying the same thing over and over again. He does everything late. He is way more expensive than any other group and is not worth the money.
