I don’t appreciate waiting 30 minutes for a ride home when I was late to the appointment as the driver did not pull in the driveway so I could get in then the vehicle was in a wreck on the right side of the vehicle so getting in. Was very difficult also getting out. Am not impressed .

2 times they failed to pick me up for an appointment for my neurologist and I lost my neurologist in Burlington now I have to go to Iowa City I wouldn't even give them one star their drivers are nasty body odor horrible I think that they sleep in their cars because they have bed pillows nasty-looking bed pillows they will get you to your appointment but they may not pick you up so I hope you're not far away and you have good legs.
