Canceled on us at the last minute for no reason and then tried to tell the insurance company we canceled the trip. Not my first time having problems with them. They left me stranded after outpatient surgery for 5 hours before. DO NOT do business with them!
Delivered special needs client on time for their 1-hour appointment, which was great, but then didn’t return for FOUR hours - that was after I had to call several times on the client’s behalf. Felt terrible for this person being stranded.
