I hired In Demand Handyman to install 2 ceiling fans and 2 light fixtures for one negotiated price over the phone. They arrived 3 hours late then after installing the 2 ceiling fans, the owner claimed there would be additional cost to install the other 2 light fixtures. This additional cost was astronomically higher than the original agreed upon price.
