***** was on point every step of the way. Easy to talk to, actively communicated with us, answered any questions we had and was quick to address any concern we had with our re pipe.Our warranty company set us up with In Control Plumbing, and told us it could take 48 hours to hear back for appointment scheduling. I called them directly after 24 hours, and ************** us in the same day. In Control was assigned to ** by AHS after the original plumbing company botched the job and would not return or communicate to finish the job. ***** came, immediately found the problem which was an unconnected wire, tested water heater and made sure that we were getting heated water at last after 5 weeks of tepid water showers. Thank you for your professionalism and expertise.

Job was paid, work was not finished. Almost 30 days later, I only receive excuses why they can't make it to my house to finish, then it became zero communication.

Dear ********************, Mr. Chris ***** is very professional. High standards, no-nonsense. A gentleman of his word. Arrived On-time and did not just hang around. Completed four major tasks: Water Heater, Bathroom toilet, and faucet(s) in less than an hour! Remarkable! He took pride in his business and work. Complete Scam this company! Dishonest as well. This man came out to my home and lied to my face and my home warranty company . We had a leaky pipe under the kitchen sink, they told me that they would need to call my warranty company from their car in order to get the work approved and that the lead was coming from inside the wall copper piping.
