Great first experience! So happy to have received this recommendation from two friends. I had an appointment somewhere else that was rescheduled so I put in an appointment request online at IN on a whim Tuesday night, got a call to schedule Wednesday morning, and my issue was fixed early Thursday morning! I love Scott and the staff. I had a lot of issues with the insurance paying for my repairs but Scott was very understanding, helpful, reassuring and kind.
