Wow finally a honest car repair place. They did an awesome job fixing my Mercedes. Jodene kept me in the loop and let me know what was going on all the time. I have recommend them to all of the people I have spoken to.
In Collision is great! My son was rear ended and the Insurance co for the other driver took the car to a collision shop on Hertel. They sent a report and though they mentioned the frame might be moved to my son they did not mention it in the report. They were ready to repair it. We called In Collision and they did a same day very thorough inspection that included a finding that the frame had been damaged and the car was totalled. This place rocks.
Bravo Bravo!!! I took my 2013 Chevy Cruze in because of engine light and loss of power to the engine. Man when I say they took care of it as well as walked me through from beginning to pickup. Wow I highly recommend IN COLLISION. 5 stars don't say enough. Jo you are truly amazing engaging and perfessional in every way. Replacement done cost was not bad. Recommended ways to finance repairs and so much more. Im telling everyone I know about you guys.
Absolutely amazing customer service. This is the first mechanic shop I’ve been to where everyone is nice. They explain things in detail and break it down. I went for an oil change and they fixed up a few small things that caused noises. I’m not going anywhere else for services. We are locked in!
