Do NOT buy a bike from here. Terrible service. Got yelled at and given attitude upon entry. They do not seem to want to sell bikes here!!
Brought my son a new scooter great service and advice
As a previous review said if I could leave 0 stars I would. Came into the shop looking at bikes was not even greeted with hello. Asked a question on one bike and he didn’t even look up from what he was looking at. When I asked if I could sit on it to get a feel of the bike I was told to be careful as it’s not a toy. Very rude , and odd behaviour from a supposedly sales person. Would not recommend this, I would rather give my money to someone else.
I had my scooter to this place and due to buying it second hand I asked for a full service. I said in writing I wanted “oil, air & fuel filters “ to all be replaced. I was charged for a full service and a month later it stopped working. I felt like it was a fuel issue due to how it was miss behaving. It went back down to him and he charged me again to say it’s stuffed throw it away and I will sell you a new one. if I could give 0 stars I would. I had reached out days ago about a bike I wanted to have a look at. Barely any replies as I waited and waited for details. I wanted to know a bit more information on the bike that they refused to give to me, so god knows what was wrong with it. Then got told after a day of silence that the bike was sold. God help the poor person that bought it. Terrible communication and service from someone called Robbie Moores. Do you job better next time.
