We just got new security and monitoring system install recently. I am very pleased with their work to detail. I highly recommend them for any of electrical needs.
Daniel and Gage came out to my home to replace the breaker which kept tripping. Daniel text me before their arrival and was punctual. He explained why the circuit kept tripping and provided honest recommendations for future issues. Both technicians were knowledgeable, helpful and professional. I highly recommend their services!
We wanted to upgrade fixture in our home and worked with In Charge to get them removed and replaced. In Charge was reasonable and response. Adrian was friendly and professional and got the job done. I look forward to working with In Charge again.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Never shows up even when you make an appointment with their front desk. The front desk/reception is polite; I'll give them that. However, the service end of the company is just the worst. They send out the wrong people, never give the call-ahead, never show up for missed appointments TWICE in a row. Just simply the worst. Now I know after my new homeowners' warranty expires who NEVER to call.
