We’re less than a in a new build that they did all the installations for. Anything that can go wrong goes wrong, circuits always tripping on half of the house when one light is on and we vacuum etc etc and the technicians that they send out had an excuse for everything and blame it all on “the smart homes.” It’s unacceptable that millions of dollar homes were trusted to them.
Would give zero stars if I could. NEW BUILD. Outlets not connected to a power source. Transfer panel not installed. Uplights not installed. Turned off furnace and didn't turn it back on. If you have a choice, go somewhere else and save yourself the hassle.
I purchased a new house where they installed electrical. The house was at max capacity on the breaker panel and I'm not ok with that. It cost me $1000s to add additional capacity. I'd rather get the job done right than a low bid contractor.
Beware of their technicians, who came by my newly built house to check on an issue. After they left I noticed items missing, contacted one of the technicians, and asked nicely to return my item, when it was not returned I contacted their main office and they told me a manager would return my call. Haven't received a call to date.
