Zack our electrician was kind and respectful most importantly he was knowledgeable and experienced.
Their customer service and level or professionalism are absolutely horrible. I purchased a new home that In Charge Electric had done some work on and when I needed follow up work done, they were very combative and argumentative on the phone regarding the work.
5 stars all the way for In charge electric! They do whats right until the end to make sure customers are happy! I will be sure to use this company moving forward for ANYTHING electric! Definitely will recommend them to any and everyone! 🙏
