Very pleasant to talk to on the phone - however, when I asked to replace my car radio they wanted to charge me $100 for parts. I found out via YouTube that there are no “parts”required to switch out a radio (besides the radio itself, which I would have provided). I understand labour costs, obviously - but maybe I missed something ..
