Excellent place for pilates, acupuncture, and physical therapy!
After being hit by a semi on highway 20, Kim has been my best advocate for getting me treatment. Over a year later, and three surgeries later I am still recovering, although I still have pain on a daily basis I dont know where I'd be without their help.
In the beginning of June I had an acute case of severe lower back pain, and went to see Sheri Cutter at In Balance Wellness. She was able to diagnose the problem (strained psoas/quadratus lumborum) and she and her fellow therapists Kim and Chris were able to provide relief and get me on the road to recovery. Now 4 weeks later I'm pain free and back to doing all the different sports and routines that I enjoy. Thank you Sheri, Kim and Chris.
